Transcribr Flow is downloadable software. Once you receive your license key and download the app, the product has been delivered in full and cannot be returned in the way a physical good can. For that reason, all direct sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Lifetime license purchases (direct)

Direct purchases through Lemon Squeezy are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered or the installer has been downloaded, whichever happens first. Because you can evaluate Transcribr Flow before paying (the App Store version covers the core functionality and a free trial of the direct version may be offered separately), we do not maintain a general refund window for buyer's remorse.

Exceptions we will honor

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

Charge you didn't make. Duplicate purchase, unauthorized card use, or a billing error on our side.
Software does not run on your supported Mac. Apple Silicon (M1 or later) on macOS 14 or newer, with no third-party security software actively blocking it. If we cannot get the app running on your machine after a reasonable troubleshooting attempt, we will refund you.
Statutory consumer rights. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you a non-waivable right to refund or withdraw, that right always applies. For buyers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom: your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (and local implementing laws) is waived only if you expressly consent at checkout to immediate download of the software and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once download begins. If you did not consent in this way, your statutory withdrawal right is intact.

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, email support@devxgroup.io within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically post within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated. Delete the app from any Macs you installed it on.

Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions (if and when offered) are governed by the same principle: all sales are final. Cancellation prevents future auto-renewals but does not refund the current paid period. Statutory withdrawal rights described above apply to a new subscriber's first paid period in the EU, EEA, and the UK unless expressly waived at checkout. Renewal charges are not refundable except where required by law.

App Store purchases

App Store purchases are refunded through Apple, not us. Open the receipt email from Apple, click "Report a Problem," and follow the prompts. Apple makes the final call. If you run into trouble, email us and we will help you navigate the process.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card network. We can almost always resolve billing issues directly, and chargebacks add cost and friction that ultimately hurt other customers. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the associated license being permanently disabled.
